In his first musical release since 2018’s album Raise Vibration, Lenny Kravitz just graced us with not just a new rock anthem for the bedroom, but a spicy new video to go along with it. The new single, ‘TK421,’ is a celebration of early morning sexual prowess, and the video puts a limelight on Kravtiz’s skin. Almost all of it, in fact. And if you’re anything like us, the big question you’re left with is clear: Exactly how does a 59 year-old-man look that amazing?
We’re bringing you the low-down on what Kravitz swears by for de-aging skin care (and then booking the soonest trip to the Bahamas for some of that oh-so-good sand, but you didn’t hear that from us).

Lenny Kravitz’s Skin-Care Secrets
On the heels of joining YSL as the face of Y Eau de Parfum (daughter Zoë Kravitz is also an ambassador for the brand), then 56-year-old Lenny Kravitz spilled some very interesting ocean-derived skin-care secrets.
“The things that I use on my body are the same that I’ve always used,” he told Vogue, which noted a Lenny-approved ingredient list that includes “natural oils and butters including coconut oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter, as well as Dr. Bronner’s Almond Pure-Castile Liquid Soap.”
“I wash my body in it. I wash my hair with it. I washed my clothes in it,” Kravitz said of his consistent routine.
As for his fine-tuned, full-body skin-related steps: “We have the most beautiful sand here in the Bahamas, it’s very, very, very powdery, very, very fine. So when I’m in the ocean, and I want to scrub my body, I use the sand. That’s what going on over here.”
Besides sharing the YSL association with his daughter, the two also share the love for scrubs. In an interview with The SkinCare Edit, Zoë listed Dayle Breault Goddess of Skin Bonafide Scrub as a must. “I use all of [Dayle’s] exfoliants and serums,” she said.
