Hundreds of products come across our editors’ desks every month, but not all of them deliver on their claims or live up to the hype. (Not everything that goes viral on TikTok is a miracle worker.) This is our exclusive curation of the best-in-class beauty products receiving rave reviews from our team and hitting shelves right now.

Fenty Beauty We’re Even Hydrating Longwear Concealer ($30)
“Why settle for one thing when your concealer can do it all for you?” says founder Rihanna. “We’re Even gives you more than what you’re used to. It gives you good-for-you ingredients that hydrate, depuff and brighten, while also giving you that natural-finish coverage that lasts all day.”
The coverage is medium, though you can build up to full coverage with another layer if you need it. It’s really great at camouflaging dark circles, but also does a nice job of hiding redness. The addition of skin-care ingredients like sodium hyaluronate and prickly pear cactus extract add hydration benefits that make it a good option for those with dry skin. And in true Fenty fashion, it comes in a whopping 50 shades!

Dermalogica Pro-Collagen Banking Serum ($89)
On the quest for plumper, firmer skin? The key word is collagen. This gel-to-serum formula contains a Potent Pro-Collagen Preservation Complex that pumps the skin with collagen amino acids, peptides and antioxidants. It’s also super moisturizing, and moisturized skin is another way to minimize the appearance of fine lines.
“Healthy skin aging is the new anti-aging,” says Heather Hickman, vice president of education for Dermalogica. “Today’s skin health–savvy consumers understand the importance of protecting and preserving their skin’s youthful appearance from an early age. They also know that the key to maintaining healthy, radiant skin is to safeguard its natural collagen. Our bodies produce less collagen every year, and exposomal factors like pollution can speed up collagen degradation, leading to visible signs of aging such as sagging skin, hyperpigmentation, rough texture, and fine lines. A healthy aging approach promotes, protects and preserve skin’s collagen today, so you have more for tomorrow.”

Dior Rouge Dior Refillable Lipstick ($49; refills are $39)
Dior’s signature lippie just got a makeover and it’s better than ever. It’s hard to believe it’s been 70 years since the OG lipstick made its debut on the runway at a Dior fashion show. And now, it’s been reimagined by the visionary Peter Philips, the brand’s makeup creative and image director.
The formula includes more natural ingredients and sits more comfortably on the lips. The shade range is also more thoughtful and inclusive, with 60 gorgeous colors in two finishes: satin and velvet. But of course, it’s still refillable with the same nod to sustainability that the brand holds dear.

BondiBoost Aloe-Infused Flat Iron ($119)
The popular Aussie brand has another hit on its hands. Our editors had a chance to try this new flat iron a few months ago, and the results were impressive. It creates super sleek, super shiny hair, but it doesn’t leave it looking or feeling weighed down. The aloe also lends frizz-fighting properties, making this a great tool for those living in humid climates.
The ceramic-coated tourmaline floating plates are infused with aloe and ions, and can reach a scorching temperature of 480 degrees for hair types that need serious smoothing power. It also heats up incredibly fast, which any busy gal (or guy) can appreciate.

ILIA The Base Face Milk ($58)
“As we enter 2024, the skin-care landscape continues to get more and more crowded,” says Sasha Plavsic, founder of ILIA Beauty. “Consumers feel overwhelmed by complicated, multistep routines and an endless barrage of product offerings. Guided by a skincare–first approach, the customer craves simplicity and ease in her beauty ritual, without sacrificing clean and effective ingredients.”
Inspired by face milks in Korea, this versatile launch acts as a moisturizer and primer in one. The milky texture feels incredibly smoothing on the skin and creates a soft, hydrated canvas for makeup. Use it after cleansing in the morning or before bed, or just apply it before makeup.

Sol de Janeiro Delícia Drench Body Butter ($48)
Could this brand be any hotter right now? From the fragrance mists to the body butters, people of all ages can’t get enough. This new launch falls under the body butter category and features a whipped, super rich formula that’s great for ultra-dry skin, especially this time of year. In the two weeks since its debut, it’s already become a best-seller for the brand, with one being sold every minute.
It also boasts a brand-new scent, which has a similar dessert-like quality to its counterpart, the OG Bum Bum Cream. Called Cheirosa ’59 (Bum Bum is scented with Cheirosa ’62), it has notes of vanilla orchid, sugared violet and sheer sandalwood.

Thrive Causemetics Sheer Strength Lip-Plumping Peptide Gloss ($26)
The brand’s Sheer Strength collection has a new member. And in my opinion, one can never have too many plumping lip glosses! Available in 10 shades (my favorite is Jo), it contains the popular ingredient Maxi-Lip, which is clinically proven to increase lip hydration, visibly reduce fine lines on the lip by 30 percent and visibly plump lips by 40 percent.
The formula also features the brand’s proprietary Line-Refine Hydrating Complex, a blend of peptides and sodium hyaluronate. According to the brand, “it deeply hydrates and plumps the skin. It also smooths the appearance of fine lines for visibly fuller, plumper, more youthful-looking lips.”

Pixi Beauty Antioxidant Tonic ($15)
Whether you’re a fan of the brand’s cult-classic Glow Tonic or not, you’ll love this new addition to the toner family. It’s designed to hydrate and protect the skin via antioxidants, rather than exfoliate it. “Antioxidant was created as a true multifaceted product, a hybrid of a tonic/essence and serum,” says Pixi Beauty founder Petra Strand. “The ingredients are like a cocktail of goodness and innovation with a birch water base and antioxidant-rich lingonberries, cloudberry, blueberry, and strawberry, which are all synonymous with my homeland in Scandinavia. These are blended with ceramides, probiotics, niacinamide, and humectants for the ultimate daily boost!”
It also contains white ginger lily root, which helps create an invisible shield on the skin against pollution, and it’s alcohol-free. All skin types can benefit, but if you have sensitive skin and are looking for more hydration, this could be a good pick.

PHYTO COLOR Extend Mask ($35)
Keep your color on point between salon appointments with this new silicone-free hair mask, which uses a high concentration of active ingredients to prevent fading and boost the health of the hair. According to the brand, rice peptides “create a protective sheath around each strand of hair that captures pigments and prevents them from vanishing.” Sunflower extract and antioxidant-rich tara tannins help keep color vibrant, and karanja oil nourishes the hair and “repairs sensitized hair fibers.”
Apply it after washing your hair and leave it on for five to seven minutes, then rinse. Avoid your scalp and focus on your lengths, like you would most other hair masks. In a clinical study, the mask extended the intensity and radiance of 100 percent of participants’ hair for up to 12 shampoos.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze Gel ($26)
We are big fans of everything brow from Anastasia (Brow Freeze won our 2023 Beauty Award), and this new launch is no exception. The vegan, clear wax-gel hybrid gives brows extreme hold with that feathery, laminated look we all love so much. You can set them and forget them!
The comb applicator with micro-bristles lets you style and shape your brows in addition to setting them, which is a nice bonus. It’s also super easy to use, so even if you’re in the back of a bumpy cab, you can still achieve great brows.

TULA Skincare Bedtime Bright Vita-Charge Overnight Brightening Treatment ($58)
One of the easiest ways to upgrade your skin-care routine is to add an overnight mask into the mix. This brand-new one from TULA is a brightening powerhouse, but also noteworthy in the moisturizing department. It’s loaded with vitamin C, niacinamide, magnesium, zinc and copper, so your skin can reap the benefits of essential nutrients while you snooze.
The brand’s patent-pending blend, S6Pro Complex, adds prebiotics and probiotics to the formula, which helps keep skin smooth, balanced and healthy. We love the whipped-oil texture too, which isn’t greasy in the least.

John Frieda ULTRAFiller+ Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner for Fine Hair ($12 each)
Those with fine hair (myself included) are always a bit hesitant when it comes to shampoo and conditioner because the wrong one can create a flat, greasy disaster. This shampoo-conditioner duo is lightweight and good at removing buildup, but as it does so, it also deposits a bond multiplier throughout the hair. This strengthens the hair and makes it appear thicker.
Two key ingredients you’ll recognize are biotin and hyaluronic acid, which strengthen and hydrate hair. Additionally, the brand’s ULTRAfiller+ technology “aligns and creates spaces between the hair fibers as you condition, resulting in hair with a thicker feel and the appearance of thicker, fuller hair.”
