Since early September, Kerry Washington has been working hard to promote her memoir, Thicker Than Water, starting her book tour in the Bronx where she grew up. At each new stop on the tour, she’s blessed us with memorable looks, including a gold chrome manicure and a thick headband with intricate embellishments. The latest look we can’t get enough of are her super-long curls.
On October 22, Washington shared a few pictures of her curly hair and outfit that she wore for the United Kingdom stops of her tour. The Scandal actor wore a burgundy leather dress with white accessories. Hairstylist Rio Sreedharan parted her glossy curls down the middle and left them cascading past her shoulders. In these sets of photos, you can’t even see the curly tips of this hair, so it’s hard to get a good sense of how long they are.
However, Washington was kind enough to bless us with not one but two photos of this hair on the same day. In her other post, she’s dressed in a matching blue sweater and pants while seated on a set of steps. You can see her curls rippling toward her waist and the very tips nearly touching the floor. Unfortunately, because she didn’t share a single image with her curls in front of her shoulders, it’s hard to truly tell how long these curls are. My guess is that this hair reaches her hips.
