Since I first heard “1, 2 Step” as a youngin’, I’ve been obsessed with Ciara. Fast forward almost 20 years and I’m still keeping up with the singer’s life via social media. So I always love seeing when she debuts a new beauty look, like the platinum space buns she wore on a recent trip to Japan.
On July 13, she posted photos with the caption, “CC Went Platinum,” a reference to her musical career achievements and her silver hair. The Atlanta-raised singer looked cute in an oversized long-sleeve graphic T-shirt and shorts. To see a close-up look at her hair, scroll to the third slide, where you can see that her silver blunt bob just barely grazed her shoulders.
Her platinum hair was parted down the middle, and a section of hair was twisted and rolled into a space bun on either side of her head. She left out two face-framing pieces of hair plus a few additional wisps that stuck out along her hairline.
Because she was wearing black shades, it’s hard to tell what eye makeup, if any, she was wearing. Her brows, however, were arched to perfection and locked in place, and her lips had a glossy sheen.
